Must conserve power...
Got my power bill today. Came right upstairs and turned off the heater and the Christmas lights. Screw that man, I'm putting extra blankets on the bed and living in a fridge. The cats have fur coats - they'll be OK. This bill is twice as high as it's ever been! (We've had record lows lately).
But the Christmas tree stays on. I like the tree. I'll just not turn the lamps on...

LOL. That is so funny. I feel you there. We're skimping on the gas. Or atleast I am. Jamin pays the power and I've got the gas bill. When he isn't home..the oven is OPEN and on 450. I am sneeky.
Heating? Whats heating? Granted I have it easy because we have mild winters but I was shivvering last night. I just found another blanket. My mother accuses us of all being vampires because usualy the only light in the house comes from tvs and computer monitors. Gotta conserve so we can run that AC all summer..
I'm sure that oven thing is SAFE FOR ASHER. LOL But yes, very sneaky -- I'm impressed.
And dude -- I run my AC on like 68 or sometimes even 65 -- I did all summer. It's alabama -- it gets fucking hot and I'm a big girl. So I really thought I'd be getting a nice relaxing break come winter because I don't like heat near as much as I like my AC. I was wrong. Very wrong.
When I was in Georgia it was the humidity the bothered me.. I tend to prefer to breathe air rather than water. I think you guys in the south have it alot worse than we do in the desert. I can go soak my tshirt in some cold water and cool off.. Do that there and you just end up feeling muggier than when you started.
